“While materiality and process are central to artists' works that are included in the "Off the Wall, Off The Floor" exhibition, they use both as a means to go beyond the solidness of what one sees to experience a perceptual and symbolic depth beyond. Diverse in material and form, each work represents an artist's interest in a perception and how we see the new in the familiar, something hidden or immaterial in material.
