GALLERY RENTAL
Location
Located about 45 miles from Chicago, Walnut Ink Gallery is a
contemporary gallery setting,
appropriate for receptions, holiday
parties, board meetings, poetry readings, lectures, and
presentations.
This location is within walking distance of the South Shore Line Train and Lake
Michigan National Lakeshore.
Space
Floor space is nearly 1600 square foot and is handicap accessible, on street level. It has a well
lit, modern, feeling, with exposed tin ceiling and artwork on the walls.

100 people,
standing.

Amenities
The gallery is equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, a
single bathroom, wireless
internet access, DLP
projector/projection wall and audio system. Folding wooden
chairs and folding tables are available for rental.
Services
The gallery Director or other gallery representative will open and
close the gallery and will be
present during the event at an additional
fee. Set-up and clean-up are the full responsibility of
the renter. The
gallery premises must be left as it was found. All trash must be removed
at the
end of the event. The framed exhibitions of the month remain on
the walls during the rental
period.
Hours
The gallery is available for rent from 6 pm each evening, with
exception to the First Friday
of each month. Set-up earlier is at the
Director’s discretion.
Fees
Fee: $300 - for 6 hours (includes time for set-up and clean-up.) Plus $30 per hour for a
mandatory gallery sitter.
Last available time segment is 6 pm – midnight. Other hours are negotiable.
Deposit: $100 secures date. $200 balance due 5 days before event.
Refunds: 100% fee and deposit up to two weeks before event.
50% fee and deposit up to one week before event.
Security Deposit: Refundable $1,000 – 5 days before event.
